Dr. Brindle is the best Physical Therapist I have seen in years. His goal is to condition your body beyond injury. After 9 sessions that included challenging, but excellent strength training workouts, I've felt stronger and more capable doing normal daily activities

I was able to start to believe in myself again to make myself stronger. As a new mom I had to realize I had better start listening to my body and take care of it. Dr. Brindle was able to get my neck impingement issues and lower back issues calmed down.
I participate in Jacob's "Legends" fitness class, which meets at 9 a.m. each weekday. I was looking for a strength-building class, and I sure found it. Jacob really puts us through a vigorous workout, but, being a physical therapist, he makes sure we are using correct form, so as not to cause any injury.
